富袋村位于洪阳镇北部，距镇区约4公里，交通便利，地势平坦，少部分为山林。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1987年划归洪阳镇，设为富袋村委会；1991年定为富袋管理区；1999年恢复村委会建制，沿用至今。[1]

「2023年广东省卫生村」的称号于2024年3月授予富袋村；2019年9月，富袋村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1]
