林惠山村在洪阳镇东南端，距镇区约3公里，占棉公路穿村而过，村域多山林。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

新中国成立后的1949年11月，此地称林惠山乡；1958年公社化时为林惠山大队；1984年起改称林惠山乡，属洪阳区管辖；1987年起为林惠山村委会，归洪阳镇管辖；1991年转为林惠山管理区；1999年又为林惠山村委会，沿用至今。[1]

村内的「潮普惠三县军事委员会旧址」为1927年建成的近现代重要史迹；普宁市人民政府的文物名录则将「潮惠普三县军事委员会旧址」对应到林惠山三山国王庙。[1][2]

2022年10月，林惠山村列入「2022年淘宝村」名单，2021年10月也曾列入「2021年淘宝村」名单；2026年1月，林惠山村获评广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村。[1]
