历史沿革[edit]

1961年以后设九江大队；1984年划归大坝区，设九江乡；1986年划归大坝镇，设九江村民委员会；1990年设管理区；1999年又改为村民委员会。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

九江陈氏祖祠位于九江村，年代为1927年，属近现代重要史迹及代表性建筑，为县级文物保护单位。[1]

普宁县临时人民政府旧址在九江村一带（据2024年一项工程的名称），2021年经修缮和布展，与白坑村、杜香寮村共同构成红色旅游路线的爱国主义教育主阵地。[2][3]

荣誉[edit]

2026年1月，九江村获评「广东省第二批百千万工程典型村」。[1]
