历史沿革[edit]
1958年称埔下大队。1984年改属赤岗区，称埔下乡；1987年归赤岗镇，设埔下村委会；1990年为管理区；1999年又改称埔下村委会，此名沿用至今。[1][2]
经济[edit]
村民以务农为主，种植水稻和番薯。农闲时，各家加工潮洲豆腐干，产品行销周边乡镇。[1]
