大扬美村位于市区东北部，隶属流沙北街道，流沙新河穿村而过。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村在1955年为农业合作社，当时叫文扬村；1958年改称大洋尾村，1960年成为大扬美大队。1984年设大扬美乡，1987年改为村民委员会，1990年成了管理区，1999年又恢复村委会的建制，并沿用至今。[1]

文化[edit]

村内的大扬美学校，校名由侨领庄世平题写。[1]

经济[edit]

2021年10月和2022年10月，大扬美村先后列入淘宝村名单。[1]
