前蔡村是普宁市流沙西街道的一个行政村，地处普宁市第二中学南侧，全村占地0.4平方公里，周边有新光路、流沙第二小学和流沙环城南路。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
前蔡村由两个原有村片合并为一个村委会而得名。新中国成立初期设立行政村，1999年定名为前蔡村委会，至今仍用此名。[1]
文化[edit]
2019年9月，本村入选2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
