历史沿革[edit]

香员坑村是革命老区。1950年至1957年属南泗乡，1990年设为香员坑管理区，1999年改为村委会，名称至今未变。[1][2]

人口与交通[edit]

百度百科摘要载户籍人口1580人。普宁大道穿村，直通高铁站；厦深铁路从村后经过；村内道路有香泰路、站前路等。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2023年11月，香员坑村入选「广东“百千万工程”首批典型县镇村」。2024年4月，入选「广东省第一批乡村振兴示范村」创建名单。[2]
