陂乌村是惠来县侨园镇下辖的行政村，村名由「坡坞」简写而来。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村子位于四周高而中间低的山地，北靠龙江河，南面有个大弯坡，取名「坡坞」，后简写为「陂乌」。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明初，陈姓人家先在此搭寮住下；正德年间（1506～1521），詹姓来此购买寮地落户，村落由此形成。之后陈姓陆续迁走，留下的主要是詹姓。[1]
1949年至1958年称陂乌村；1958年至1979年改为生产大队，其中1972年至1979年隶属兵营公社。1979年3月以后，此村划入大南山华侨农场辖区，改设管理区；1995年改称村委会。[1]
