顶寨村位于葵潭东面，地势较高，村子两面环水。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村子原名“镇宁寨”。据博雅地名网，明末（1637年）黄氏祖先遵循祖训迁来，与柯、杨等姓合力创村；后他姓逐渐迁走，村遂归黄氏一族。因村子坐落在龙江北岸、两面环水、地势较高，改称“顶寨”。[1]
1996年，顶寨村拆分独立。[1]
2024年3月，顶寨村被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
2009年底，全村有1105人。耕地384亩（水田190亩，山地5500亩）。村民收入主要来自农业。[1]
