龙舟村地处鳌江镇东侧，离镇区2公里左右，由2个自然村构成。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村名来自河边洼地的一处突出部，其形似龙舟，初称龙船洲，后简称龙舟。[1]
明嘉靖年间（1523～1560年），周、黄、陈三姓先后由福建迁入。新中国成立后曾设乡并办过农业社；1958年起的公社化时期改为大队；1983年至1986年间改设乡政府；1987年至1999年为管理区，1999年成立村委会。[1]
