仙埔村是周田镇的一个行政村，位于镇域西部，有一座小型水库，以农业为主。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村初名神塘埔，因村后丘陵连绵、西南有一坑塘得名。后孔子后裔第六十三世的一位文人迁来，为纪念先祖，改名仙埠，书写简便后作仙埔。[1]

明代初期，孔姓族人从山东曲阜昌平乡分出一支南迁，在此建立村落。[1]

1958年起由另一大队管辖，到1978年才单独成立仙埔大队。此后它在1983年成为乡，1987年成为管理区，1999年起为村委会。[1]
