坂美村位于靖海镇西南，村西南的石碑山岬角上建有石碑山灯塔。村子处在狮石拖山山坡延伸的南端，原名坂尾，后取雅称坂美。[1][2]

村子处在狮石拖山山坡延伸的南端，最初叫坂尾，后取雅称坂美。[1]

清康熙四十三年（1704年）前后，黄姓一支从外地迁来定居。1949年后称坂美村；其后经历大队、乡政府与管理区的变动，直至1999年才设为村委会。[1]

名胜[edit]

1882年（清光绪八年）起，石碑山岬角上开始兴建灯塔。现存的塔于1989年竣工，结构为钢筋混凝土，高68米。[1][2]
