里行村在仙庵镇，由里行、里湖两个自然村组成，距惠城约23公里。[2]村名初为“湖里行”，因村东、西、南三面低平俗称“湖仔”，北面山梁俗称“行”。1958年简称“里行”。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

明万历年间（1573～1620），刘、郭、林、戴、韩等姓先后到此聚居，形成村落。[2]

1959年，因顶溪水库建设，村庄整体搬迁。百度百科称迁往库外的麻竹埔和营旗山埔，博雅地名网则称迁至顶溪水库尾部南侧，两者不一；村名仍沿用原名。[1][2]

人口与经济[edit]

村域总面积9190亩，总人口4915人，总户数639户，未注年份。[1][2]

以农业为主，种植水稻、番薯、花生，水面养殖有45亩。2009年村里的经济收入合计1529万元，每人每年平均2578元。[3]
