口埔村在仙庵镇西部，东北与京陇村、仙宅村相邻，西邻周田镇武宁，西南与华园村接壤。[2]
地名与历史[edit]
村址在俗称“乌羊埔”的“羊嘴”处，由京陇村胡氏后人建村，最初称羊嘴埔，又称羊口埔。因“羊”字不雅，改作洋口埔，后简称口埔。[2]
明洪武年间（1368～1398）此地已有人家建村，新中国成立初仍称村。1958年，它与华园、塘边、柯厝一并成为华园大队，1975年又独立设队。1983年归华园乡，并设经济合作社；1987年改管理区，1999年成为村委会。[2]
地理与人口[edit]
辖区面积2.2平方千米，北面为山区丘陵，丘陵占总面积25.5%，农田占74%。[1]
2009年底，全村户籍人口1700人，总户数278户。[1][2]
经济[edit]
2009年，农业产值407万元，全村经济收入582万元，主业为种植。[1]
