华群社区位于惠来县惠城镇城区东南面，南与南环一路相连，环城河流经其境内。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年至1951年间设农会，1951年隶属墩南乡，1953年办初级社和高级社，1961年划归东山大队。1983年成为东山乡，其后1987年东山改为管理区。1992年10月，华群另立管理区，自东山一带分出。1999年起称华群居委会。[1]
地理与社会[edit]
社区内有文化广场、葵阳公园和天后宫，居民以商业和务工为主。[2]
