硁下村位于揭西县五云镇西部，靠近榕江南河（上砂河），是该镇下辖的行政村，也是红色革命老区。[1][2]

全村总人口1761人、367户，两家来源的数字一致。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年至1983年，此地为富硁大队。1984年大队撤销，设富硁乡政府；1986年改为富硁村民委员会。1991年，原村域被拆分为若干建制，本处改为硁下管理区；1999年又复称村民委员会，沿用至今。[3]

地理与经济[edit]

村内耕地377亩，山地6640亩，生态公益林124亩。农业以水稻、花生为主，村民利用山地发展油茶种植。多数村民外出务工经商。[1][2]

荣誉[edit]

2023年5月，广东省爱卫会授予该村「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。2019年9月，该村上榜「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。2026年1月，该村获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]
