历史沿革[edit]

1951年土改时，此地隶属五联管区；1957年一度称南腾农业高级社。1978年分设南龙大队，1984年又并入乡建制。1990年成为管理区办事处，1999年定名竹园内村委会。[1][2]

2021年12月，竹园内村获得广东省爱卫会认定的「2021年广东省卫生村」荣誉。[1]
