历史沿革[edit]
村落始建于明代。民国时期（1912年至1949年）属普宁贡山乡第14保，解放后仍隶属普宁贡山乡。1978年设立鲤鱼沟大队；1984年改设乡政府，1986年为村委会，1990年为管理区办事处，1999年复为村委会，沿用至今。[1]
经济[edit]
自2018年起，村内实施美丽乡村建设，先后投入2000多万元，改善村道、雨污分流、垃圾转运、公厕和卫生站等设施。[2]村集体与公司合作，开发观光项目，村民也因此增加就业。[2]
社会[edit]
2022年，村内划出6个党员责任区，组建6支党员志愿队伍，服务范围为全村379户、1871人。[2]
文化[edit]
2019年12月，村被认定为「全国乡村治理示范村」，并列入「第二批国家森林乡村」名单。[1]2024年4月，村列入「广东省第一批乡村振兴示范村」创建名单。[1]2025年3月，村被命名为「第七届全国文明村镇」。[1]
