凤西村位于占河棉公路沿线，东邻阳南村，西接金和镇山湖村，北邻鸿西村。村民委员会由5个村民小组组成，总面积1980亩。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年至1983年，此地归凤江人民公社的凤湖大队管辖。1984年2月大队撤销，改由凤江区设凤西乡政府；1986年起称凤西村委会，1990年纳入凤江镇政府的凤西管理区，1999年又确认为凤西村委会，延续至今。[3]
