后寮村是广东省揭阳市揭西县东园镇下辖的行政村，村域面积1.57平方千米，东临榕江。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年至1983年称后寮大队。1984年2月大队撤销，并入四联乡；1986年设村民委员会，1990年废乡改为管理区，1999年废管理区，改设村委会，此名沿用至今。[2]

经济[edit]

2009年底，全村有493户，劳动力1271人，人均可支配收入约4556元，村集体经济约16万元。[1]
