后联村位于灰寨镇西北部，是革命老区村，下辖后埔、誊黄两个自然村[1]。

革命历史[edit]

解放前，中共潮汕地区行署曾设在本村的良干公祠。解放后，村民在该公祠先后办起一所学校，称秀文学校[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1984年2月，大队撤销，后联改设乡政府。1986年本村转为村委会，1990年改称管理区办事处，1999年才又回到村民委员会的建制[1]。

经济与社会[edit]

村民经济来源以农业和外出务工、经商为主，村里有毛巾个体企业。2009年，农民人均收入为5005元，村里农村经济总收入达1353万元[1]。

后联村是灰寨镇三个省定贫困村之一，并被列入农房管控和风貌提升示范带的建设村[2]。

2019年9月，本村列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单[1]。
