经济与基础设施[edit]

村为纯农业的行政村。2009年，京塔公路上陇路段的路灯工程建成，夜间出行便利了村民。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958至1983年间村为上陇大队；1984年2月生产大队撤销后设上陇乡政府。1986年改设上陇村委会，1990年设上陇管理区办事处，1999年再称上陇村委会，此名沿用至今。[1]
