2026年1月，村获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」。[1]

京溪园镇的罐头厂和饼干厂位于村辖区内。[1]博雅地名网载2009年农民年纯收入为4328元。[1]2020年8月，广东省农业农村厅公布「首批广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」名单，岭溪村以甜玉米入选。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1958至1983年间村为岭溪大队，1984年2月生产大队撤销后设岭溪乡政府。1986年改设岭溪村委会，1990年改设岭溪管理区办事处，1999年又称岭溪村委会，此名沿用至今。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，村上榜「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2024年3月，村被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]
