名胜古迹[edit]

京明温泉度假村占地11172亩，2004年1月投入运营，业态以生态茶园、温泉康养和动物观赏为主，园内有京明长城、盘国仙师庙等景点。[3]百度百科载该度假村2009年获评「国家4A级旅游景区」，此后2024年9月因服务质量下滑而被降至3A级。[3]博雅地名网另记村内茶园约2200亩，此外有橡胶林800亩，柑橘林600亩。[1][2]

博雅地名网载2009年村农民年纯收入为4329元，同年村党支部着力推进饮水安全工程建设。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1958至1983年间村内为生产大队。1984年2月生产大队撤销后，村合并设新洪乡政府；1986年改设新洪村委会，1990年后设新洪管理区办事处，1999年再称新洪村委会，此名沿用至今。[2]
