粗坑村位于京溪园镇西南部，是京溪园镇的一个行政村，村内有黄满磜瀑布群与粗坑古村。[1]1947年，潮汕人民抗征队在村内设立油印组，同年10月10日第一张《团结报》出版，相关旧址今列为揭西县不可移动革命文物。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

现名「粗坑村民委员会」自1999年起沿用至今。此前的1990年，村改设粗坑管理区办事处；1986年成立村委会；1984年2月生产大队撤销后，改设乡政府。更早的1958至1983年间，村为粗坑大队。[1][2]

经济[edit]

村民以农业为生，种植茶叶、青梅、山姜、苗竹等作经济收入来源。博雅地名网载2009年全村集体经济收入为3.8万元。[1][2]全镇用电的供应由粗坑河水电站与黄满磜水库承担，多出的电量外送南方电网。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

黄满磜瀑布群（又称黄满寨瀑布群）位于粗坑河上游，百度百科称其占地约7000亩，并将其列为国家4A级景区。[4]博雅地名网称它为岭东第一瀑布，其中飞虹瀑布落差约60米、宽约80米，银河瀑布高约120米。[1][4]

粗坑古村始建于1804年，建筑兼具宫殿式的布局、潮汕四点金与下山虎的特点，并沿用客家围龙屋的格式。[1]

1947年6月，潮汕人民抗征队在粗坑村设立油印组，刻印了队伍的《告各界同胞书》；同年10月10日，第一张《团结报》出版。这处团结报旧址被列入揭西县公布的不可移动革命文物名录，属一般不可移动文物。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2023年4月，村在「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位名单中列名；2023年11月入选「广东“百千万工程”首批典型县镇村」；同年12月被认定为「揭阳市2023年市级森林乡村」；2024年4月入选「广东省第一批乡村振兴示范村」创建名单。[1][2]
