京溪园镇位于广东省揭阳市揭西县东北部，镇政府驻京溪园社区，镇名取自清末已形成的京溪园圩。[2]镇内景点以黄满磜瀑布群和京明温泉度假村为主，粗坑村另有1947年《团结报》的旧址。[2][6]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年后，这一带先属新龙区；1956年以乡的建制存在，1958年划归五经富公社，1965年又自五经富析出，单独组建公社。同年7月，国务院决定自揭阳划出一批人民公社建置揭西县，京溪园公社为其中之一。[4]此后1983年改为区的建制，1986年才定名为镇。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

镇域在揭西县东北部，西面与灰寨、南山两镇相连，北面和东面与五经富镇、揭东方向的卅岭一带接壤，南侧毗邻塔头镇，东南方向靠东园镇。百度百科载其面积为73.48平方千米（2018年），博雅地名网则载为74.375平方公里。[1][2]气候属亚热带季风气候。[1]

百度百科载2018年户籍人口为51400人。[1]博雅地名网另记，据第七次全国人口普查结果，镇人口约3.28万人，在揭西县各乡镇街道中居第10位。[2]

经济[edit]

百度百科载，2019年京溪园镇农业总产值为2.38亿元，规模以上工业总产值为8.7亿元，社会消费品零售总额为4.36亿元，财政总收入为6976.8万元。[1]镇内有京溪园罐头食品有限公司，镇政府的年度工作总结也将农产品深加工列为发展方向。[5]

名胜古迹[edit]

黄满磜瀑布群（又称黄满寨瀑布群）位于粗坑村粗坑河上游，百度百科称其占地约7000亩，并将其列为国家4A级景区。[8]博雅地名网载其中飞虹瀑布落差约60米、宽约80米，银河瀑布高约120米。[2]

京明温泉度假村位于新洪村辖区内，2004年1月正式运营，占地11172亩。百度百科载该度假村2009年获评国家4A级旅游景区，此后2024年9月因服务质量下滑而被降至3A级。[7][9]

粗坑古村位于粗坑村，博雅地名网载其始建于1804年，建筑兼具宫殿式的布局、潮汕四点金与下山虎的特点，并沿用客家围龙屋的格式。[2][10]

1947年6月，潮汕人民抗征队在粗坑村设立油印组；同年10月10日，第一张《团结报》在此出版。粗坑村的团结报旧址被列入揭西县公布的不可移动革命文物名录，属一般不可移动文物。[6]

首批广东省旅游风情小镇的名单（2019年12月公布）中有京溪园镇。[2]据揭西县2025年政府工作报告，京溪园镇获评省文化和旅游特色镇村。[3]

著名人物[edit]

陈权（1917～1977年）与陈自愿（1929～1945年）均为大岭下村人。陈自愿于1944年15岁时参加潮汕人民抗日游击队，任交通员和卫生员。[2]
