石结到村是南山镇北部的行政村，是山区村，也是革命老区。[1]
沿革[edit]
1950年至1958年间，村属揭阳县北溪乡；1958年成为广东省北山林场下属的一个自然村，林场改属揭西县后，村名定为南山镇石结到村。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，石结到村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
石结到村于2023年5月获广东省爱卫会授予「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
