珠海（揭阳）产业转移工业园位于揭阳市区西部，地处揭东区，园区也称揭阳产业转移工业园。园区于2008年6月经广东省政府批准设立，布局为「一园多区」，分为转移园片区、磐东科技园与玉文化产业园三大功能区。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

园区的转移园于2008年经广东省政府批准设立，2018年被列入《中国开发区审核公告目录》。[2]转移园的荣誉称号有省级示范产业园，另有广东省小企业创业基地和广东省循环化改造试点园区的称号。[2]

2020年行政区划调整后，原由园区代管的五镇一街重新划归揭东区，园区则以功能区身份运行，实行「管委会代管」。[1]

地理环境[edit]

规划面积有两个数字：百度百科所载为28.26平方公里；园网站所载转移园的总体规划面积为28.36平方公里，近期规划面积为9.15平方公里。[1][2]

功能分区[edit]

转移园另规划了数字经济及现代物流园、高端装备制造产业区和精密五金及电子信息转型升级示范区三大板块。[2]科技园规划面积为4平方公里，重点是促进五金不锈钢等传统产业的升级。[2]

园区的主导产业为新材料、智能家居、五金塑胶、装备制造和现代物流。[1]电子科技、绿色能源和生物医药等新兴产业也在布局之中。[1]

园区的管理机构为揭阳产业转移工业园管理委员会。[1]园区承接46项市级经济管理权限，实行「一个窗口管受理、一颗公章管审批、一支队伍管落实」的服务管理体制。[2]

交通与配套[edit]

园网站称，园区距揭阳高铁站车程30分钟，距揭阳潮汕国际机场和厦深高铁潮汕站车程45分钟。[2]
