人口民族[edit]
博雅地名网记区域面积4.1平方千米，全村总人口7392人、1587户，水田1619亩，旱园755亩，山林2000亩，未注明年份。[2]
经济[edit]
村中尚无规模企业落户，多数劳动力外流到珠江三角洲一带经商、打工。2009年人均收入4724元。2003年，村委会把约500亩田地租给外来经营者培育花卉苗木，村民随后也种植花卉苗木250亩，产品销往全国多个城市。[2]
村里有木工家具工坊约50家，每年销往普宁、潮阳等地的八仙床、四仙床约1500只。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
村寨始建于明朝。1959年改称玉白大队，1984年为玉白乡，1986年设玉白村委会，此后延续至今。[2]
玉白村在2019年9月进入2018年「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1]
