桐联村位于揭东西部，在白塔镇境内，南靠榕江南河中游，镇道贯穿全境。[1][2]

村民以养殖业、农业和林业为主要生计，近年东浦经济合作社发展菱角种植，成为村里的特色产业。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

明初创寨。1950年村地属州领区的桐坑乡；1958年划入白塔公社，设桐联大队；1983年改为白塔区桐联乡；1986年设村委会，沿用至今。[1][2]

经济[edit]

2009年，全村工农业总产值为2758万元。[1][2]

2024年的报道称，东浦经济合作社里，五十多户村民种菱角，亩均收入约在五六千元之间。[3]
