历史沿革[edit]
村委会设立于1986年。此前，1983年村地改属白塔区，1958年划归白塔公社并设塔东大队，更早的1949年属揭阳县卅岭区。[1][2]
经济[edit]
2009年，全村工农业总产值为71096万元，村民人均收入4868元。[1][2]
文化[edit]
2008年，村里的荣誉有文明户标兵、和诣文明村等，授予方为中共揭东县委员会和揭东县人民政府；2009年，因群众体育工作成绩突出，被揭东县体育局评为先进集体；2019年9月，列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1][2]
