刘畔村是广东省揭阳市揭东区月城镇下辖的行政村，位于镇南端，南面以榕江南河为界，河对岸为普宁南溪镇。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村寨创于明成化年间。民国时期此地属揭阳磐溪都。1958年后，村落先后划归磐东公社与月城公社，1983年曾归月城区刘磐乡，1986年才设立村委会。[1]

文化[edit]

2009年，该村被当时的揭东县综合治理机构评为「平安村」。[1]
