德北村位于广东省揭阳市揭东区霖磐镇北部，北面隔河套与桂岭镇相望，西面与桂岭镇福岗村接壤，东面临德桥河，距揭普高速公路出入口不到800米。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明初已有村落。民国时归揭阳县第三区永平乡管辖。1949年起，村地划入磐西区德桥乡。1955年分出德北联社，1961年改称德北大队，1983年更名为德北乡公所，1986年方设德北村委会。[1]

经济与建设[edit]

国家级企业锦丰公司位于村内的上围联社，已解决村内部分富余劳动力的就业。[2]

2021年，德北村美丽宜居示范村建设启动，2023年完成德北美丽宜居村项目建设。[4][3]

2025年，德南村与德北村作为「数字乡村通信合作社」首批试点村揭牌。[5]
