德中村位于广东省揭阳市揭东区霖磐镇东部，东侧濒临德桥河，揭陆线从村境穿过，高速公路霖磐路段的出入口也设在村内。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村庄创建于明洪武年间。民国时期隶属揭阳县第三区永平乡；1949年以后归磐西区德桥乡管辖。1955年设德中联社，1961年为霖磐公社的德中大队，1983年改为德中乡，直到1986年才组建德中村委会。[1]

经济[edit]

水稻种植是村里的一大特色，村内渔池密布。[2]

2023年，霖磐镇启动德中村和桂西村共212亩垦造水田项目。[3]

2025年，德中村集中建房试点项目竣工投用。[4]

建设[edit]

据2021年霖磐镇政府工作报告，省道234线扩建工程德中村段的拆迁仅用100天完成。[5]

荣誉[edit]

德中村于2019年9月入选一份名单，其内容为2018年度广东省民主法治示范村创建单位。[1]
