德南村位于广东省揭阳市揭东区霖磐镇境内，坐落在榕江支流竹桥套溪西岸，南面与东风村相接，揭普高速公路从村境经过。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1986年改设德南村委会，此前的1983年曾设德南乡。民国时期村地属揭阳县第三区永平乡，1949年后归磐西区德桥乡。1955年设德南联社，1958年8月称德南乡，1961年为霖磐公社德南大队。[1]

经济[edit]

2023年，村里把635亩土地集中流转过来，用于种植优质玉米。[2] 2024年的报告称，霖磐镇打造了德南村甜玉米种植基地。[4]

数字乡村[edit]

2025年6月，揭东区“数字乡村”村企共建现场推进会在德南村文化广场举行。德南村与德北村作为「数字乡村通信合作社」首批试点村揭牌，德南村已具备通信合作社运营条件。[5]

2025年，德南村获评「全国最美数字乡村」。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2017年10月，德南村被列为「第一批广东省卫生村」。[1]

2023年4月，德南村列入「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位名单。[1]

2026年1月，德南村获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」。[1]
