祯祥坑村在埔田镇西北面，后靠飞天龙山，东边与马硕村相邻，西边挨着金东岭村。博雅地名网称它是革命老区村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

明朝中期，先人从福建迁入此地开基立村，村民以朱姓为多。1958年公社化后称祯祥坑大队，1983年撤社改区，1986年撤区并镇，改设祯祥坑村民委员会。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2023年12月，村子被认定为「揭阳市2023年市级森林乡村」。[1]

交通[edit]

离汕梅高速埔田出入口大约4公里，到揭阳市区约15公里。[2]
