楼下村是新亨镇下辖的行政村，位于揭东区西部，与玉湖镇接壤，下辖五个经济联合社。博雅地名网载全村总人口5461人、1320户。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明崇祯年间有人在此创村。1958年隶属楼下生产大队；1983年改称楼下乡，1986年设村委会，延续至今。[1]

土地与产业[edit]

村内耕地近1800亩，山坡地800多亩。村民以白萝卜、龙眼等果蔬种植为主。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2009年，村被评为文明村。2019年9月，楼下村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。2020年9月、2021年10月和2022年10月，村三次列入淘宝村名单。[1]
