新置寨村位于锡场镇东南，背靠黄岐山，东侧与埔田镇相接。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

清初村落始建。1949年归蓝东区，1957年归锡场乡，1958年设锡场公社下的新置寨大队，1983年隶属锡场区，1986年改设新置寨村委会。[1]

经济[edit]

村民收入以种植竹笋和劳务输出为主。村内有马赛克、小五金及铸件等工业。[1][2]
