历史沿革[edit]
村中陈姓先祖原籍福建，曾在潮州做官，后因抗拒官粮而避祸，迁至庵埠马陇定居；明代其一支族人在磐溪都建村。村名取“肇业不忘通环村之水沟”之意，因谐音俗称小沟。[1][2]
民国时期此地属揭阳县磐溪都。1958年村庄并入磐东公社，称肇沟大队；1986年设立村委会，沿用至今。[1]
经济[edit]
农业是村民的主要营生，副业包括砖瓦与五金加工，近来玉器产业增长很快。[1]
文化[edit]
村庄列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单，时间为2019年9月。[1]
