陇埔村位于曲溪街道东部，省道335线贯穿全境。在潮汕地区俗称顶埠，村中以江姓为主，据传祖源为南宋名相江万里的后裔。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

博雅地名网记为明嘉靖年间创村，称顶埔；百度百科则称此地元代已置寨，村东侧江边古时可泊木船，商贩多来此集散。民国时属揭阳第四区公所；新中国成立初改属揭阳县梅南区，1958年划入梅岗区，1961年归曲溪公社，1986年设陇埔村委会。[1][2]

文物与古建筑[edit]

村中保存的梅陇古庙、赐进士第和太史第属于明清建筑；百度百科称它们如今是揭阳市文物保护单位。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2021年，陇埔村为省级美丽乡村示范村。[3]
