路篦村位于揭阳市东北部，在揭东县城中心片区，国道206线、省道335线与曲埔公路在附近交汇，广梅汕铁路横跨村后。村域面积5.9平方千米，耕地约2500亩，山地约3000亩。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

清朝时此地称梅岗都路篦寨，民国时隶属梅西乡。新中国成立后先设曲溪镇路篦农会，1957年并入路篦高级社，隶属梅岗公社。1958至1965年间为梅岗公社的路篦大队，1968年设革命委员会。1984年改隶曲溪区公所，称路篦村，1986年设村委会。[1]

经济、社会与文化[edit]

2009年，村民人均收入为5494元，全村工农业生产总值达30970万元。2021年，村里的乡贤筹集基金成立教育促进会，向区第四小学捐赠空调70台；同年，村内精品文明实践站建成。[2][3]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，路篦村列入2018年「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单，村庄也被评为揭阳市和谐文明村。[1]
