村子的老产业是石材加工、珠绣加工与水产养殖。2009年，村里产值约3558万元，村民人均收入4780元。[1] 规划建设中的600亩工业园区已初具规模。[1][2]
荣誉[edit]
2023年12月，下成村被认定为「揭阳市2023年市级森林乡村」。[1] 2024年3月，下成社区获评「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]
