博雅地名网载，全村有8484人、1811户，耕地近2250亩（未注明年份）。百度百科则载人口13520人、2704户，两者相差很大，均未注明年份，两说并列。[1][3]
经济[edit]
村民收入以养殖、石材加工、手织业、珠绣加工和旧电器经营为主，村集体收入主要来自轮渡。[1][3] 2009年，村里产值约5706万元，村民人均收入5208元。[1]
基础设施与公共服务[edit]
村里近年硬底化了总长3公里的主村道，修建桥梁8座，建设公厕6座，并成立六人的卫生清洁组定时清理垃圾。村内建有土尾学校。[1][2]
荣誉[edit]
土尾村被定为地都镇固本强基的示范村，村领导班子多年获县级文明先进单位的评定。[1][2] 2019年9月，土尾社区列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位之列。[1] 2024年3月，土尾社区获评「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]
