地理与经济[edit]
村子与潮安区庵埠镇相接，又与汕头市为邻。耕地约240亩，山林约200亩，鱼池28亩，村民以外出打工和农业为主要收入。[1]
基础设施[edit]
村中修建了一条连接省道的520米长水泥路，并新建了村委会办公楼与溪明小学教学楼；主要路段安装了路灯，生活垃圾实行专人到户收集、集中处理。[1][2]
荣誉[edit]
2024年3月，溪明社区获评「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]
