浮岗社区位于炮台镇境内，社区所在的古山有一座始建于明代的古山寺。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

古山寺位于古山，始建于明洪武二十八年（1395年）。2004年住持释耀乘发起重建，扩建后占地约98亩。大雄宝殿内供奉的佛像包括释迦牟尼佛，另有两尊洪武丁巳年铸造的鉎铸古佛。门前两侧的两棵菩提树已有两百年，是乡贤黄畅然捐赠的；寺前莲花池上横着一座三孔拱桥，名为清凉桥。[1]
