社区有268户，共1206人。社区经济收入主要依靠土地租金，每年租金约13万元。[1][2]

农户通电、通水、通电视已达100%，约95%的农户通了电话。约190户已住进新房，占总户数70%以上。[2]

基础设施[edit]

社区建成与206国道相连的新苏大道，修通平潮工业区西路，东西向有新城大道，并配套排水排污工程。社区将寨前溪综合改造，投资约50万元，建成一处约10亩大小的休闲活动中心。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2026年1月，社区获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」。[1]

广东省爱卫会于2023年5月授予「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
