蓝和社区是东阳街道下辖的社区，位于一号路北侧、榕江北河东岸，分布在206国道两侧，总土地面积805亩。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

博雅地名网称，社区已有70多年的建村历史。社区一部分仍是旧村落，一部分是村民新建的楼房与住宅，其中300多户已住上新楼房。[1][2]

人口[edit]

社区总户数680户，人口2873人。[1]

经济[edit]

社区经济收入主要是租金。村民的收入来自三方面：沿206国道的铺面出租或经商；米制品、豆制品、模具等加工；外出务工。「揭阳市茶叶市场」与「荣顺水果市场」落户辖区，带动了周边商贸。[1][2]

社区投资400多万元安装村民自来水工程，并在村道主要出入口安装视频监控，配合公安机关开展治安工作。[1]

文化与环境[edit]

社区打造了「六小」工程示范点，面积10多亩的社区文化公园已建成，并配备体育健身器材。[3]

荣誉[edit]

广东省爱卫会于2023年5月授予「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
