尖石社区是东阳街道下辖的社区，位于揭阳火车站东侧，面向站前大道，南侧与环市北路相接，总面积约500亩。[1]
地理与人口[edit]
社区内山林土地约150亩，平原地约350亩。共237户，人口约1180人。约60%的村民住在新区，通电、通水、通电视和电话已全部实现，道路已水泥硬化。[1]
经济[edit]
社区收入主要依靠出租土地，每年约40万元；村民主要靠经商、务工和房屋出租。社区招商引资，烟草配送中心、芳馨酒店等企业落户，解决了部分村民的就业出路。[1]
荣誉[edit]
广东省爱卫会于2023年5月授予「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
