炉头村位于榕东街道东南部，是街道的一个行政村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1993年，炉头析出，成立炉头村委会，隶属榕东街道。[1]

经济[edit]

村内户数250多户，人口1138人，耕地约100亩（年份未注明）。2008年村里工农业总产值达6500万元，农民人均纯收入为5100元。[1]

2006年，村集体从深圳引资1100万元，兴建了17幢通用工业厂房。此后又吸引外地企业19家落户，累计引资3000万元。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，炉头村入选2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。2020年9月、2021年10月和2022年10月，炉头村先后列入淘宝村名单。炉头村于2023年5月获广东省爱卫会评定为「2022年广东省卫生村」。[1]
