凤林村位于榕城区进贤门大道中段，南侧傍着榕江北河，望江北路穿越全村，是榕东街道的一个行政村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1993年，凤林自原有村落析出，成立凤林村委会，隶属榕东街道。[1]

凤林社区党支部于2008年获榕城区授予先进基层党组织称号，村庄也被评为安全文明村。[1]

经济[edit]

村中设凤林综合市场与停车场，另有储运仓库，还有2个工业园区；经济以塑料和五金制品为支柱。凤东路商贸街有商铺528间（年份未注明）。[1]
